"We don't need a title to lead. We just need to care." ~Craig Rochelle "What makes you effective as a leader is not the title you hold. Instead, it’s demonstrating an unrelenting focus on helping others succeed in their collective efforts. Leadership has little to do with authority, or even being in charge. Leadership is all about inspiring people to believe that the impossible is possible; developing and building confidence in people to perform at heights they never imagined." - Leadership First |
